Chef Luisa’s American fusion style cuisine is inspired by her Asian-American heritage, her love for Mexican-South American cuisine and what's going on at the local farmer's market.
The Chef will work with you to tailor a one-of-a-kind menu to fit your preferences. She can cater to dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, Halal, Kosher and more! The sky is the limit. She doesn’t want anyone going hungry.
Once she is done preparing your multi-course meal, Chef Luisa morphs into a bartender, creating original as well as classic mixed drinks you and your guests will be talking about for weeks.
Offering proteins a la minute, with some condiments and sauces prepared off-site.
She’ll provide 80% of the equipment.
Chef Luisa Michelle is certified by ServSafe and ManageFirst, and also holds a Bartending License.
Supper clubs would preferably include 15-20 people, but she is open to groups of any size, including banquets and larger dinner parties of 50 plus guests.
